Grandparents can be cool,
but not everybody has them.
My kids have some, yes, it's true.
But they don't have others.

Grandparents can be quite nice
they can be very friendly, too.
But some grandparents are just mean.
They'll pinch you just for picking up shoes.
They'll pinch you for being real nice.
They'll pinch you for singing a song.
They'll pinch you for dancing in the store
and they will try to hide, it, too,
pretending that you pinched yourself.

Some grandparents are nice grandparents
and some grandparents are rotten, too.
Some grandparents helped install dictators, and
some grandparents would be dictators, too.
Fortunately only a few of them
have the opportunity.
Fortunately only a few of them get there.
Some grandparents are horrible dictators,
but I really hope your grandparents can bear

having a grandchild as awesome as you.
That's what grandparents often have to do.
They have to somehow manage 
Awesome grandkids, way too awesome.
Way too awesome.
So what can you do when you a grandparent,
real or adopted?
Because some people need to adopt grandparents,
because they don't have any of their own.

So, if you have the chance to become
a grandparent somehow,
you should try to be a decent person,
and really not destroy the economy.
