New service provider in-progress

We're looking at changing our service provider. There may be a few bumps along the road as this gets rolled out.

We recently started using our phast tool. One of the design goals of this tool was to allow us to provide our site via Gopher, in addition to regular web access.

We were recently reminded that our contract renewal is next week, so we can make Gopher happen if we get everything in order in time.

We are looking at rolling out "services" functionality, but that will wait until we get everything online at the new location.
