Let me tell you of the fairy tale
of a strudle named Lemon.
Let me tell you of the fairy tale
of that dear friend.
Little lemon lived in
a town filled with vegetables.
Little Lemon lived in
the town with no fruit.
But Lemon wasn't exactly fruit,
don't you know, for she was,
and always had been a strudle.
Little Lemon, the strudle,
was lonely in town.
So what do you think
she did to solve that?
What do you think
she did to have friends?
She tried to play,
but the vegetables said go away,
So she decided
to do something else.
She went to the baker and
bought the tools she would need.
She went to the oven and
worked as she pleased.
She experimented
long through the night,
and soon her army
they grew light.
They burst forth
flooding the night.
An army of
delicious baked goods!
Storming the town and
smashing those vegetables!
Squishing them up
for soup or maybe pie.
They would
be sliced and diced, oh my!
And then when it was done,
little Lemon had fun.
She played with her friends
in the fields 'till daylight.
